we got more bounce in california.

SPRING BREAK 2011... was the BEST week ever! my roomies, kamille & nood, and i, {minus phantie :'( i know sad...} we to CALIFORNIA for a week. we stayed at nood's aunt's house in ventura, ca which is right next to the beach=bliss. we drove down on tuesday and after 10 hours, went and played on the beach that night. 

then on wednesday, we went to santa barbara and just window shopped and ate then we rented this sick bike house....

and rode around on it for a while! it was the funniest thing ever. on thursday, we went to LA and went to the hollywood walk of fame,

shopped, went to the garment district & got cute fabric for kamille to make us cute swim suits which i'm super excited about! then we went to the LA temple with a single's ward and haley's uncle who is the bishop of it. the temple there was a lot different than the ones here in utah, meaning there was no structure or order to it. no one is giving you your jumpsuits and making sure it fits, you get it for yourself. no one is telling you when it's your turn to get confirmed or baptized, it's like whoever stands up first gets to go, no matter who got there first. it was cool, but it was also weird.

 then on friday we went to the beach for a few hours and played in the FREEZING water but it was so great to see the sun!

on saturday we just shopped and ate and shopped some more. then hung out with haley's aunt & uncle and ate dinner with them baking carmelitas which were delicious. 

ALL IN ALL- it was the best week ever. filled with nonstop laughing, relaxing, shopping, inside jokes, sleeping (kami & nood), and just being silly with your best friends.

it was such a blessing to be able to spend a week in a sunny state with my two best friends in the world. i am so lucky to have them as roommates. i don't know what i would do with out them!
